Weekly Essential Planner | making all. the. lists.

I'm not sure exactly when this began but I am such a planner.  And this babe on the way is only putting my planner-loving ways into overdrive.  Baby T's arrival along with the start of a new year had me in major need of a new planner, but I didn't know where to start.

Several months ago, I saw my friend Kelsey @ The Peacock Roost blog started her own company, Peacock Paper & Gifts.  I watched her facebook live on why she decided to start this company and was captured by her passion.  And I'm all about supporting small businesses, so I've been trying out their Essential Planner for the past couple weeks.

Y'all I love it.

It's cute and functional -- basically everything a planner should be.  ANDDD this planner won't break the bank.  On top of the affordable price, ALL the planners are on sale right now.  Yep, you can get my specific planner for $25 or check all of the planners out here.

AND lucky for y'all Kelsey gave me a code for y'all.  Use EDBM20 for 20% off.  On top of the sale that she's running.  SO basically, you could get my planner (Weekly Essential) for only $20.  #win

WEEKLY ESSENTIAL PLANNER | specific features I love

+ gifts & cards section on the monthly spread (this is where I keep track of birthday/anniversary gifts I need to buy each month)

+ pockets in the front and back of book to hold all the things -- currently nursery paint colors for a project I'm hoping to complete next week eek!

+ EVERY WEEK there is a spread that includes meal planning (literally perfect for us), household to do, and "don't forget"

writing down everything I want to do each week really helps declutter my brain (hello anxiety) and ensures I won't forget any of it (hello preggo brain).  There is also a weekly budget page on this same spread but Thomas does our budgeting but I can see how it would be super helpful if you were in charge of that.

+ a place for you to jot down meals, your water intake and to-dos for each day -- I'll take all the accountability I can get

Of course there are other features included in the planner such as monthly goals, vitamin and fitness checks, and spaces to write under each day BUT the above are the KEY factors that sold me on this particular planner.

OH, and at the very end of the planner there are tabs for travel planning, contacts and notes.  And that notes section is satisfying my need to make ALL. THE. LISTS. for preparing for Baby T right now.  Hospital bag needs, nursery to-dos, things to do before he arrives...you name it I'm making a list for it.

..and the world's cutest helper when I'm making ALL the before-baby lists and meal planning

What are your planner must haves?  Have you heard of Peacock Paper & Gifts before?  What is one thing you suggest I/we do before Baby T gets here? Happy hump day loves.

DISCLAIMER:  I wasn't paid to write this post, however, I did receive the product to review.  All words and opinions are my own.
