My kryptonite when it comes to eating healthy? Snacks. I am a b i g snacker, and love me some Doritos (my vice lately). Another problem? The snacks that are easy to grab are always the not-so-good-for-you type. See: Doritos.
BUT I've got a list for you, of quick & easy healthy snacks that make it a little easier to stick to that healthy lifestyle you're trying to achieve (hello, bikini season). Oh, and easy to already have prepared and ready to go when the hunger strikes.
So here's the thing, you may look at this list of snacks and think those are pretty simple. But that's the point. When I'm planning out my meals/snacks throughout the week I want my snacks to be quick, easy and no fuss.
I did included a couple snacks that are actual recipes that you can prep and make ahead on Sunday and have for the rest of the week.
The truth about these snacks? They taste pretty darn good and truly fill me up until the next meal/snack is due. Not to mention they're all 21 Day Fix approved. But of course, you don't have to be doing the program to enjoy these.
