Hello 2017.  Be a doll and be good to me will ya?

In an effort to start this year off right I've decided to set a couple goals for myself.  I prefer not to set resolutions, although these are basically the same things.  But more on a month to month basis.  Seems more accomplishable -- but is that even a real word?

Anyways, on to the goals..

Oh, and p.s. we started back to school yesterday.  Let's just say my first goals is to make it through the rest of the year without just straight up losing my mind. ;)




G O A L S / / 

+ drink 100 oz of water a day | according to my weight and how much I'll be working out I should technically be drinking 97oz but that's a little too specific when it'll be easier to keep track of 100oz

+ workout 6 out of 7 days a week | my gym is closed Fridays and I'm usually totally exhausted by then anyways so it'll more than likely be my day off each week

+ blog 3x a week | I decided several months ago that would be the best plan that was realistic for me right now, and up until lately I had been sticking to it pretty well.  well time to get back at it.  

+ eat healthier | I say heathier because let's be honest I can't go straight off the deep end with my eating habits.  I mean, I'm going to slip up or indulge every once in a while, but I think giving myself that wiggle room (just not too too much wiggle room) and indulging rarely will help me stick with it for the long haul.  Not to mention Thomas said he's willing to try out some healthier recipes with me.  

+ declutter + organize the office | I shared my mood board for our office months ago, and it still looks like a disaster area.  So with our shed now built and the holidays over I'm ready to dive head first into this project and get this bad boy done.  

+ be more present on social media  | I love connecting with y'all and other bloggers on there and want to make a conscious effort of being on there more often
+ run a 5k | and by that I mean be able to run 5k and then participate in one of those "fun" 5k runs, haha.


And that's it.  I think 7 goals to kick of this year is a good start.  And hopefully most of these will have become routine by next month and I can add some new goals.
