Ever had something you want to share, but you can't come up with a good way to lead into it? Like the other day I really wanted to post onto Instagram (because that's the thing to do right?), but I couldn't come up with a good caption. And it was seriously a struggle. Y'all, all the first world problems over here.
Anyways, thats whats going on with this post over today. This past weekend my best friend came over to visit, and we made the best fall sangria. We merged together a recipe each of us had found to make the best sangria...so of course I had to share with y'all -- clever intro to this post or not.
Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe this apple cider sangria will cure my writers block after all... ;)
750 mL bottle of Pinot Grigio (or any other white wine you'd like to swap out)
Apple Cider (A little over half a gallon)
Mix wine and apple cider (add more or less apple cider to taste). Slice up apples and add to the mix. The sangria is best when the flavors have melded together after several hours, however, it still tastes delish right away.
This may be my new fall drink of choice, well after the PSL of course. ;)
Also, it should be noted that everything in these pictures is from Target (yes, I'm addicted). And practically everything (minus the bar car) is from the dollar spot -- meaning it was all $5 or less. I mean, how can you not be obsessed with Target?
What is your favorite fall drink? What do you do to cure writers block?
