Eat Drink & Be Mary: Timmerman Party of 2: The Details

Timmerman Party of 2: The Details

I absolutely adored every minute of the wedding planning process.  I loved scouring Pinterest and Etsy for hours.  I loved making to-do lists and, of course, marking things off that to-do list as ish was getting done.  I loved asking my bridesmaids, husband, and mom for their opinions...and occasionally going with my own anyways.  I loved planning a day that I knew I'd remember for the rest of my life.  And luckily for me, our amazing photographer captured it all for us.

The details are some of my favorite parts of our big day because even though people say don't sweat the little things I loved taking my time picking out each detail down to the smallest little thing.  Y'all I had a blast.  In fact, it made me realized I would absolutely die and go to heaven if I ran my own wedding planning business.
Sadly, I don't actually know how to go about doing that, and we are definitely not in a financial state for me to quit my 9-to-5 to do such a thing.  Maybe one day...

Until then enjoy as I reminisce through the details of the best day ever.

linking up as always for Wedding Wednesday.

another DIY success: our guest book.  currently hanging in our dining room

DIY success once again!  I love how these thrifted antique windows turned out for our table seating

my favorite dessert that I chose for our dessert bar were these little banana pudding cups, and Thomas and I BOTH never ended up getting any :(

I created these water bottle labels from a free template I found online.  I think they turned out wonderfully.

Thomas made that ring holder for our little ring bearer for me -- gosh, I love that man

there were SO SO SO many bugs out, I had to spray myself and all the layers of my dress #classy

Wow, that was a lot of pictures.  AND believe it or not I deleted several from my original choices.  These details truly are some of my favorite aspects of that day.
What is your favorite detail from our wedding day?  Did you enjoy the wedding planning process or was it too stressful?
