Timmerman Party of 2: The Dancing

Happy Wedding Wednesday y'all.  I finally back (after a month away), to share more of the best day ever.  Today's post?  The dancing.

And because I got my wisdom teeth out yesterday there isn't much I'm going to say about this.  I loved the dancing portion of our reception.

We clogged.  I never thought I would've have clogging at my wedding but it wasn't formal and we had a lot of fun.  I mean what else can you do when you have a whole bunch of cloggers at your wedding.

And of course, there was some freestylin' going on.  Some of our guests really have moves.  The only regret I have was cutting it a little short because I felt like everyone was ready to go.  Why I was worried about this I have no idea.  And why I even thought that in the first place makes no sense either.

I loved our dance floor.  It was right outside the inside recpetion, and under strings of lights.  Gorgeous y'all.  Especially once the sun sets.  However, this caused everyone to come outside to see the dancing -- perfectly fine and reasonable because they wanted to watch all the dancing action whether they wanted to dance or not.  However, for the first time (thank God!) I felt anxious on our wedding day, and felt that since they were all standing up they were ready to go.  Later Thomas and a couple friends explained why they were all outside standing up and I felt kinda silly...but oh well.

I hind sight I would keep on dancing the night away.  It's the one and only thing I'd change about our wedding.  However, nothing b a d came away from it, and we're still one happily married couple.  So you live and you learn...

What the dancing a hit at your wedding?  Where was your dance floor located?  What is your favorite part of wedding receptions?

What part of our wedding would you like to see next week?
