LALA® Yogurt Smoothies, 7 fl oz. (Wild Strawberry)
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1-2 cups of strawberries, sliced and frozen
1. Place frozen fruit in the blender.
2. Pulse until somewhat mixed.
3. Add LALA® Yogurt Smoothies (I chose wild strawberry flavor to amp up the strawberry in the smoothie), and mix on medium.
4. Scrape down the sides as needed with a spatula and continue mixing until completely mixed in.
A while ago I sliced bananas and strawberries and put them in ziploc baggies to freeze so they would be prepped and ready to go for a smoothie. This made it extremely easy to make this smoothie, and saved my fruit from going bad.
It also should be noted that I prefer a slightly thicker smoothie, and if you like a thinner smoothie add another bottle of LALA® Yogurt Smoothies.
