F I V E on F R I D A Y {and a Target Giveaway}

Anyone else in shock that we're already at our last Friday of February?  March is right around the corner y'all, hello warm weather.  And to making it through another month of sixth grade I thought I'd celebrate with a little giveaway at the end of this week's five on Friday.  Cheers my loves.

ONE | Eat All the Carbs

And yes, I bought the one in the middle.  Eek!

TWO | Blog Design
Y'all may or may not have noticed (humor me here) but this little blog got a new blog design.  And I'm totally obsessed.  It's all the rights amount of pink, neutral, subtle and girly.  I love how clean it looks, and could not be more thrilled with the end result.  Ashley @ The Grits Blog is awesome y'all.  Trust me if you're looking for a new design you need to hit her up.

THREE | Bar Cart
Our IKEA Bar Cart came in the mail, and I can't wait to watch Thomas put it together this weekend.  I found this IKEA hack, and it's making me all sorts of excited for summer evenings on our patio.
BYGEL Utility cart IKEA The top of the cart is reversible and can be used as a tray.

And now the icing on the cake to this fine Friday, a little giveaway.  I mean who doesn't want to win $90 to Target?  I know I surely wouldn't say no...not to mention all the Eastery goodness that's out right now.  And have y'all seen their bathing suits...excuse me while I go hit the gym.

Happy Weekending loves.  As always keep up on Insta & Snapchat.

Timmerman Party of 2: Walking Down the Aisle

Sometimes when I look through our wedding pictures I can still hardly believe that we're married.  That we had our wedding day and it was everything I dreamed of.  The day I spent months (lets be honest, years) planning.  And it all turned out so beautifully.

Today I'm sharing the walk down the aisle.  I wanted to share the entire ceremony, but quickly realized there would be incredibly too many pictures for one post.

our guest book (that I also made, and will post about next week)

our programs (that I made)

Thomas' mom

My mom

my bridesmaids chose their own shoes since you wouldn't really see them with the dress and I love my sister-in-laws heels in this picture

the sweetest flower girl

He took his job so seriously, even though there were no rings in the tree box

my daddy already trying not to cry

my train #hearteyes

Our venue was seriously gorgeous, and the weather could not have been more perfect.  I mean zero percent chance of rain, with a breeze that was right on.

There isn't anything much more satisfying than something you've been planning and picturing for 8 months coming together and all working out.

What's In My Grocery Cart : Meal Planning

Alright y'all, so I'm pretty darn excited about this week's Blog Challenge topic : What's In My Grocery Cart.  It makes me feel a little nerdy admitting that, but I'm pretty proud of what we've been getting lately and really interested nosy to see what else everyone else is buying.  Secretly hoping I can get some more healthier options to get each week.

I want to start this post out saying a couple things.  1 I do my grocery shopping once every two weeks.  2 We have a budget of $150.  3 I don't cook everynight of the week (and rarely on weekends) because of Thomas' work schedule. Excuse the awful quality pictures, but it was late and I was on a time limit (needing to get food in the fridge and freezer) and didn't wanna drag out the lighting equipment and such.

Now let's get to this...

Sparkling Water (I gave up soda at the beginning of January)
Cereal (usually Cheerios and something else)
Banana Chips
Greek Yogurt
Flax Seed
Fruit (usually bananas, this week I got oranges and grapes as well)
Salad Dressings
Salad ingredients (dressings, spinach, eggs, croutons, cheese, cucumbers)
Coffee Essentials -- creamer, K-Cups
Various Frozen Vegetable Packs (to try for lunch)
Frozen Fruit for smoothies

*we rarely buy meat from the store thanks to deer season

There is of course a lot of regulars that make it in the cart each week, however, this week I also was restocking several things in our pantry -- sides (mashed potatoes and vegetables), vegetable oil, Crystal Light Powder, baking soda, mio)

Meal Planning -- Dinners for 2 weeks :
Alfredo Cheese Tortellini
Sakura (not necessarily meal planning but we went out to eat at our favorite Japanese place this past Friday and it was delicious)

I recently gave up bread for lent and have been turning to other options for my lunches at school.  I've been eating a lot of soup, yogurt and string cheese.  But am totally open to some more healthy-ish ideas for my lunches.

Now I wanna know, what's in your grocery cart?  What should I add to my weekly menu?  Do you have any healthy lunch options for me?
