ONE | MY TIU
I finally got a gym membership (it's been almost six months since I moved, shameful) and started going at the end of last week. This week I added the daily TIU workout after my cardio session, and man do those girls know how to kick my butt. Anyone else do the TIU workouts?

FIVE | Four Day Weekend
Today is a work day (filled with PD workshops, but still) and Monday is Martin Luther King Day, which means a four day weekend for this year. Can I get an amen?! Thomas and I are road tripping to visit his sister in NC and I can't wait.
