It's Friday, a full day of professional development workshops for me (but I'll take it) and Monday is a holiday.  Hallelujah!  Happy Friday loves.  Now for some five on Friday...

I finally got a gym membership (it's been almost six months since I moved, shameful) and started going at the end of last week.  This week I added the daily TIU workout after my cardio session, and man do those girls know how to kick my butt.  Anyone else do the TIU workouts?

FOUR | Slow Cooker Conversion Chart
Now that the temps are finally getting a little cooler, we're starting to use our crock pot more and more.  So when I came across this conversion chart on Pinterest this past weekend I knew that I had to share this gold mine with y'all.  What are your favorite slow cooker recipes?

FIVE | Four Day Weekend
Today is a work day (filled with PD workshops, but still) and Monday is Martin Luther King Day, which means a four day weekend for this year.  Can I get an amen?!  Thomas and I are road tripping to visit his sister in NC and I can't wait.
