Timmerman Party of 2: Parents & In-Laws Wedding Gifts

I can hardly believe that T and I have been married for two months already.  Living together is seriously so much fun.  It's like they say, having a sleepover with your best friend every night.  Not to say there isn't adjusting we both have to do..but this beats living hundreds of miles apart any day.
Anyways, I figured its about time to start recapping our wedding.  I've mentioned before that our wedding day was everything I could've dreamed of and more.  Seriously, magical.
So we're starting with the wedding gifts.  I had so much fun picking out gifts for everyone that helped put our big day together.  But today I'm only going to share what I gave my parents and in-laws.  And thankfully they all loved their gifts.

My dad, like most dads, is not easy to buy gifts for.  But I wanted to get him a gift that he'd like and actually get some use out of.  That threw cuff links and beer mugs out of the window.  When I came across this frame on etsy I knew my dad would love it.  With the wedding I moved states, and so I knew my dad would love this frame to put on his desk at work, plus it has the lyrics of the song that we danced to, I Loved Her First by Blake Shelton, at my wedding.

When I gave it to him I put a picture of us when I was a baby, and plan on replacing it with a picture of us dancing at my wedding.

My mom read the book, Love You Forever, to me countless times growing up.  As soon as I found this infinity sign bracelet on Etsy I thought of my mom and knew she'd love it.  For some reason, getting married and moving away seems to further the fact that I'm growing up..but no matter what I'll always be here baby.  Not to mention it was a super reasonable price, and she let me make a customized message.

As soon as I saw the above quote somewhere online I knew I wanted to find something for my in-laws with the quote on there.  The quote pretty much says it all.  Thomas was raised by incredible parents, and they made him into the man I fell head over heels for.  They have a picture from his oldest sister's wedding of her husband and the rest of the family, so I knew I wanted to give them the same from our wedding.  This picture frame is the perfect frame for the job.  I put a picture I had of Thomas and I and his parents, but plan to replace it with a picture of us and his entire family from the wedding.

This etsy shop also happened to be the best price (and still good quality) by far compared to others I found.

I ended up giving everyone their gifts during the rehearsal dinner so I wouldn't forget or be rushed on the actual day.  I loved being able to soak up everyone opening up and enjoying their gifts.
Funny story, I accidentally gave my mother-in-law my dads gift.  She opened it up and was telling me how cute it was.  A couple minutes later she was saying how she didn't get it, who were the people in the picture..when Thomas' sister pointed out she didn't think the frame was for her.  Oops!

And that's it for my first recap of our big day.  Happy Wedding Wednesday y'all.  What did you give for family wedding gifts?  Are you in love with Etsy like I am?
