monogram button ups | the preppy pair
Three cheers for Wedding Wednesday y'all. My official favorite blog day, and we're halfway through the work week too. I mean you just can't beat that...well except for actually being through with the work week. Is it bad to say I live for the weekends?
Now, let's talk bridesmaids gifts.

For me, it was really important to let my bridesmaids know how thankful I truly was for them. They listened to me complain, make decisions and helped make sure I wasn't stressed. They were amazing during the entire wedding planning process.

For their gifts I tried to get them something they could use even after the wedding (initial bag), help them from spending even more money (the jewelry), and something to remind them of my wedding day ("tying the knot" bracelet). If you ask me it all turned out pretty well, and the girls seemed to love their gifts.
My favorite part of the gifts? Monogrammed button ups. Y'all. They are everything I hoped for and more.
I knew that I wanted to get my girls something to get ready in (for cute pictures..duh!), and since we went to the hair salon to get our makeup and hair done I knew robes weren't the way to go. When Jodi @ The Preppy Pair reached out to me about sending her button ups I was over the moon.
You see, I've worked with Jodi several times before, and often find myself using all my "spending money" on her website. In fact, I'm currently awaiting our Christmas stockings in the mail. All this to say, she is one talented, kind, sweet woman. And obviously if you're in the market for some bridesmaids' button ups (or a vest or pillows), she's totally your girl.
Seriously you guys. I know I said it last week, but picking out everyone's gift was such a fun part of the wedding planning.
