F I V E on F R I D A Y

Dear Friday, I love you.  Thank you for showing up week after week.  Never leave me again.

Friday is here yet again y'all.  Thank the good Lord.  So I'm back linking up with the usuals & sharing five things I'm loving this week.

TWO || this Etsy shop
The two girls behind this shop have handmade every pouch in their shop, keeping them motivational with a bible scripture on each one.  Their shop?  Hyggelig.  Why that name?

Hyggelig (Danish): Cozy, homey, delightfully initmate, a genial moment or thing, often at home with candle lights and warm blankets.  "We think this is the best word for describing the feeling you get when carrying the word of God with you 24/7."

THREE || this song
I'm all about country music all. the. time.  But lately this song is my jam! It doesn't hurt that Thomas told me to listen to it either. ;)  Good ole Cole y'all.

FOUR || this recipe
Two things I love : chicken salad + avocado.  I love that this recipe combines the two for a healthier version of chicken salad.  Not to mention chicken salad reminds me of summertime for some reason -- probably because we always have it when I go to the beach with T's family.

  1. No kidding, I JUST made an avocado chicken salad recipe for a recent paid blogging article for a local farmer's website that they are publishing soon. The chicken salad looked just like that! It's SUPER good! I can even send you the recipe I came up with sometime if you'd like? I even used a secret ingredient...lime greek yogurt. No kidding. Don't knock it 'till you try it.
