Eat Drink & Be Mary: My Weekend in Pictures

My Weekend in Pictures

Ahh spring break is over and it's back to reality.  But first let's take a moment to relive this past weekend.  It was such a breath of fresh air to be in warm SC with Thomas and his family.  Plus we knocked off several things from our wedding checklist.  Now my weekend in pictures...

Thursday // I drove down to SC and was embraced by much warmer weather and cheaper gas prices.  We spent the evening just hanging out and playing basketball with Thomas' nephew.  Turns out I'm not so good, but his nephew didn't care he still wanted to be on my team. ;) no pictures for this day..oops!

Friday // If I thought Thursday was warm, Friday was HOT and I loved it.  We spent the day registering, and doing some DIY for our wedding.  I love how Thomas is willing to do anything I ask of him for our wedding, even if it means to go cut down some wood from his backyard.  I am one lucky girl.
Friday night was our date night, with Outback (totally our fave restaurant) and Furious 7.  Has anyone else seen this movie?  It was pretty darn good.
the lady who helped us register at bed bath and beyond.

at Target we were let loose in the store to register on our own, and everything I talked about Thomas would answer with "scan it"   haha, love that man.

Saturday // We made a trip to the August mall (I just can't get over how close I'll be living to an actual mall, and not Boone's sorry excuse for a mall) to pick out my groom's attire.  He's is going to be a dream y'all.
Then we made another quick stop to add something to one of our registry lists that I just had to see in person first.  Finishing the night watching the basketball games, and playing freeze tag with Thomas' niece and nephew.  ps. I'm killing it with my bracket -- already beat Thomas and my dad & am tied for first at work.

Easter Sunday // After spending the morning remembering what the holiday is really about in God's house, we ate the most delicious Easter lunch (southern cooking is no joke y'all). Followed by Easter baskets and egg hunting by T's niece and nephew-- while the littlest one was content just hanging out with Uncle T.

this just melts my heart.

And another weekend has flown by and it's back to reality.  How did you spend your weekend?

  7. Busy weekend! Is it weird that I'm excited to register? We have lived together for a little while, but we have all college stuff. I feel like the wedding will be the start of our adult married life, with an adult, married home.

Also, I LOVE your dress, and your earrings!

  11. To be honest I'm not even sure I saw the one that came before it, but Thomas wanted to go see it. I figured since he never complains about seeing my movies; that I outta go to a movie he'd prefer. ;) I enjoyed registering!:)
