Eat Drink & Be Mary: The Bachelor TV Workout

The Bachelor TV Workout

This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and DripDrop®, but all my opinions are my own. #pmedia #DrinkDripDrop #DripDropHydrates http://my-disclosur.es/OBsstV

The one good thing about Mondays?  The Bachelor.  I'm loving this season so far.  Just enough drama to get your kicks off of, and Chris isn't a total tool like our last bachelor.  A win all around.

I'm all for a good veg. sesh on the couch, binge watching your favorite tv shows on a lazy Saturday.  But Mondays are for starting the week off right, and keeping your fitness routine in check.

And why not combine the two, knock out your workout while watching The Bachelor.  Because let's face it we're all gonna be watching it.  And now you don't have any excuses because I'm sharing my Bachelor TV Workout.

Now if that's not a leg workout, I don't know what is.  It's just as important to make sure you are hydrated during your workout.  To Refuel.  After all our bodies do for us, it's important to treat them well.  Exercise and H2O.

How do I refuel?  DripDrop Hydration Powder. Lemon Flavored.  The perfect combo of lemonade and sports drink.  Not to sugary or tart, and easy to gulp down during or after your workout.  After shopping at CVS I found this gold mine in the baby aisle (who would've known!)

**One of my 6 fitness tips is to stay hydrated and to refuel your body during/after your workout.  To figure out how much water you should be drinking:  your weight (lbs) x .66 = oz.  Then add 12 oz for every 30 minutes that you workout.

The DripDrop Hydration Powder (also comes in berry flavor) makes it easy to consume that much water in a day.  No more plain old water for this girl or you!

Now through 2/21/25 (while supplies last) get $1.00 off with the purchase of any ONE (1) box of DripDrop Hydration Powder. Download your coupon here.

And just so we're clear, my tops picks for the finale are Britt, Jade and Kaitlyn.  Who's your favorite?  Are you a Chris fan?

Say hello to this month's sponsor, Elizabeth!

  8. This workout is prime, and I'm most definitely going to be doing it come next Monday night! Maybe something should be added now though every time the widowed guidance counselor sneaks off to talk to Chris or does her really loud and quasi-crazy laugh? Does that get anyone else?

  10. Surprisingly I didn't feel like they talked about roses that much this past week. Gotta do the squats to get the booty though. ;)

I'm so glad you found my little ole blog, and I love double names. My pants are from Old Navy; they're awesome.

Hi there! Thanks for linking up with Style to Inspire which I co-hosted with Rhea on Monday. Hope you have a chance to stop by my blog . Great bachelor work out. I read somewhere recently that in a one hour TV show there are 20 mins of ads so this is a fab way to use that downtime. Now following you on Facebook :)
