You know those days when it seems like nothing is going right. Like you may pull out all your hair. Or maybe you've just had all you can take? Me too.
Some days I think 3 o'clock will never show again. And it's days like those that I need a mid-day pick me up. A little something to help me get through the rest of the day, and maybe the rest of the week.
These pick-me-ups often happen on a Wednesday. Or the day after Thomas leaves. The list could go on. And on. And on.

A prayer, a pedicure and baking are some of the best things ever when I have a bad day! I love your list of pick-me-ups, and now I really want a pumpkin spice latte. :)

ReplyDeleteA pedicure or a hot shower are my go-to's when I need a pick me up. :)
ReplyDeleteWe all have those days. My pick me up is usually trashy tv while the little one naps. Or a phone call with a girlfriend or my Mom.

ReplyDeletePrayer, a little journaling, and a foot massage... that's what usually helps me!
