Top 5 websites for At-Home Workouts

Let me tell you, after a week at the beach with your best friends life offshore is just a swift kick in the booty.  But to live ashore, now that would be the life.  Days filled with sun, bikinis, sunkissed skin, surrounded by your best friends.  I mean really how does that compare to everyday life.  Answer: it doesn't.

Naturally, when I found a brand called Live Ashore I just knew I'd be in love.  And don't you just hate when you're right ;)    Live Ashore is an up and coming brand, ran by one of our very own bloggin' gals.  Taralynn runs the cutest health & fitness blog where I constantly find myself gravitating towards for yummy (and healthy shhh) recipes.

Cute workout tanks are always a great motivation for me to get my workout on.  But sometimes I can't motivate myself enough to get all the way to the gym.  But I'd hate for a workout tank this cute to go to waste.  So today I'm sharing my top 5 favorite places to find at-home workouts.

Five | PsycheTruth.
This youtube account is full of at-home workouts.  Specifically yoga workouts and stretches.  I'm not a true "yogi" but I have done some of the simple stretches (and pilates classes).  I'm definitely wanting to try it out more, and this youtube account is definitely where I'm starting.  They also have dance workouts and stretch routines to improve your splits.

Favorite Feature: Yoga Videos

Four | Workout Labs.  
There are free & paid options with this site.  But there is an endless amount of workouts that can be done at home.  They have a deck of "cards" with different workouts on them, and to spice up your workout you can pull a couple cards to choose your workout for you.

Three | Tone and Tighten
Over 100 workouts that can be done at home.  Including 10-minute & 30-minute workouts, plus a section that has workouts with weights.

Favorite Feature: The "Motivation" tab filled with articles that'll have you aching to get back to workout asap.

Two | Purely Twins.  
My favorite way to follow them is on Instagram where they share a different workout each day.  But they have numerous at home workouts on their site (along with recipes) and a lifestyle blog.  

Favorite Feature: under 15 minute workouts are perfect for when you only have a little bit of time to squeeze in a workout.  

One | Tone It Up.  
My absolute favorite place to find a solid workout that can easily be done at home.  They have workouts, fitness plans, and recipes.  These girls are simply genius, and there is a huge community involved.

  7. I love working out at home. I'm able to do it before the little one wakes up or even at nap. It's free and I can do it on my time.

  14. I LOVE Tone It Up. They somehow make working out seem more girly but just as sweaty. I also really love the LiveStrong Stronger Series with HIIT workouts.

    As someone who did not expect to have a child until my thirties and suddenly become pregnant in my mid-twenties, let me just say- enjoy your baby less time. If and when you are ready, your life changes forever (sometimes for the good but mostly for the chaotic) so enjoy the lazy times just the two of you. It's so glorious and you will really miss it when it's gone.
    But babies are great and I love being a mom yada yada yada....

    I'm currently loving:
    Blogilates &
    Building Muscle - this one is awesome as it has loads of programs, from yoga, to swimming, to kettlebells, to gymnastics.
    I'm currently using the Jamie Eason program on totally loving it (I have a home gym).

  22. I've never heard of the Live Ashore brand but it sounds cute. I workout with my trainer online (he trains Ray Lewis and Ed Reed) at Sanders Optimum Fitness.
