5 Easy Recipes while on Vacation

This girl is still beachin' it up and loving every minute of it.  So to keep today's short & sweet I wanted to share 5 recipes my best friend and I made this past week.  All of these recipes were easy and SUPER yummy -- totally up my alley and perfect for a quick, week night (or day) meal.  What is your favorite week night meal?  What is one of your "Go To" beach/vacation meals?

This is the second time I've made this lunch time amazingness.  Both times this recipe has blown my mind.  A "clean" recipe that does take good & pretty similar to normal egg salad.  I'm an avocado lover and adding it to egg salad is just heavenly.  Thanks to Lindsay @ Broke and Bougie for sharing this yummy recipe at DDT.

TWO -- Pizza Bagels
Super easy, and perfect for a quick lunch while on a beach trip.  I'll be sharing the deets for this SCRUMPTIOUS snack next week.  Stay Tuned.

THREE -- Spalfredo
This is one of my favorite week night meals to make.  It's the perfect mixture of spaghetti & alfredo.  Seriously y'all it's so delicious.  Find the recipe in this post.

These bites lived up to my expectations and were a great meal.  They'd be great party food and a nice twist on the popular Buffalo Chicken Dip.  Thanks to Ericka for sharing this recipe at DDT.

Yum!  Who would've thought that adding cheez-its to chicken would be such a great combo?  This recipe was prepared in less than 10 minutes, and turned out amazing!  Thanks to Elizabeth @ Army Ever After for sharing this recipe at DDT.

Is it just me or do y'all love finding recipes in link ups and on Pinterest that turn out successfully?  I consider it such a win when I try these recipes and they live up to my expectations, looking just as delicious as the pictures.  What is your favorite recipe you've found from a recipe link up?  On pinterest?

Happy Friday y'all.  Now go soak up some sun, you know I will be :)

  7. I am all about quick & easy meals - even when not on vacation! Love the egg salad. I'm not a huge fan of avacado, but it looks like a good combo!

  8. Pizza bagels are simply the best :) Much better to home make than to buy the ones in the freezer! I can't wait to try the cheeze-it chicken!
