What I Wore: Puffer Vest Edition

I mentioned earlier, that I have been all about vests this winter.  This vest is from Banana Republic, courtesy of my sweet brother who got it for me as a Christmas present.  It is so incredibly warm, and easy to style.  Next stop, find a "less-puffy" vest to rock & check off my "Must Have" list.

The one problem I have with this vest is, I feel it makes me look a little extra "fluffy."  I get that this is the look that comes with a vest, but still...

I am absolutely loving paracord bracelet from Chelsea Carroll Designs.  It is super cute, and better yet she has so many items in her shop that go to a good cause.  From autism, to those in Haiti, and she even has the option to create-your-own awareness bracelet.  The shop also has His & Her options--seriously, how cute is that.  And the "his" are manly indeed.  Check her shop out, you won't regret it!

Let's hear it for the  man, who takes all these photos for me, and then without complaining re-takes shots that didn't turn out the first time.  I gotta keeper folks.

So what do you think of how I styled this puffy vest?  Are you all about vests this season as well?  Have you found the vest, that is not too puffy?  Would you want a "His & Her" bracelet?  Would your man even consider wearing said "his" bracelet?

  2. That vest is perfect! It looks great on you! I personally loved the quilted excursion vests from J.Crew this year. They weren't too puffy but still keep you warm. I also some some at Old Navy too. And that paracord bracelet is by far the most chic I've seen!
