Eat Drink & Be Mary: Taco Soup + Super Bowl Fashion

Taco Soup + Super Bowl Fashion

I've mentioned several times before that soups are my go to in the winter.  There's something about these wintery snow days that make me wanna curl up on the couch, buried under a mound of blankets, with a warm bowl of soup in my hands.  I can't be alone on this one.  So today I bring to you from my kitchen to yours, a soup that takes only FIVE steps & tastes absolutely amazing.

Taco Soup

Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
2 cans of Corn
2 cans of Pinto Beans
2 cans of Diced Tomato
1 (8oz) can of Tomato Paste
2 C Water
Shredded Cheese, optional
Sour Creamoptional
Tortilla Chipsoptional

Instructions:
1. Brown the meat.
2. While the meat is browing, combine the remaining ingredients in a pot.  Then add the browned meat.
3. Bring soup to a boil.  Then let simmer for 25 minutes.
4. Add shredded cheese and sour cream on top as desired.
5.  Serve and eat with tortilla chips.

This recipe would be perfect for the Super Bowl.  Throw the ingredients in a pot & put it on the oven, once it's done cooking leave it on low to keep it warm, and you don't have to mess with it for the rest of the night.  And speaking of the Super Bowl, here are some outfit ideas perfect for the gals that are for a) there man dragged them to a Super Bowl party, b) you throughly enjoy the commercials, c) your team simply didn't make it to the Super Bowl this year.  Hey, there's always next year!
