Eat Drink & Be Mary: Must Haves for January

Must Haves for January

I am excited to be linking up with The Style Record today for her cute link up: "Monday Must Haves."  The link up is all about your wishlist.  I made up a list of must haves for January--Hey, a girl can dream.  Wanna join in on the fun?  Monday Must Haves with The Style Record. Stop by & link up.

-- A Calendar turned Countdown.  This printable is a cute way for me to display my countdown.  Being in a long distance relationship can be tough, and having a countdown makes it ten times easier for me.
-- Crockpot.  This crockpot is a lifesaver, for my non-cooking self.  Perfect to make soups and chili for these cold winter months.
-- A New Pair of Shoes.  Tennis shoes to be exact, and not just any pair but cheetah print ones.  We all know how many girls' resolutions are to lose weight.  What better motivation than to look cute while dropping the pounds?
-- Arm Candy.  I currently own zero purses.  How is this possible?  This is not including the three (possibly four) crossbody purses I own.  But that is just not the same thing.  Now that I don't have to carry around a bookbag anymore, I have been wanting a tan/beige/nude purse to tote around.
--Banner.  This "Let it Snow" banner is adorable.  I hate when all the Christmas decorations come down, and the house seems so dreary without out the Christmas cheer.  This banner is the perfect solution for a simple, but cute decoration that can be left up during the winter months.
--A Vest.  Last Christmas my brother got me a vest, how sweet, (similar here).  But here lately I've been finding myself "oo-ing" and "aww-ing" over several other vests, such as here and here.

What have you found yourself wanting this month?  What are your must haves?
PS. Don't forget to enter the giveaway going on this week.

  4. Cohosting #fundaymonday and thought I'd stop by! Crockpots are a lifesaver. My husband won't eat chili or soups but you can still make just about anything in a crockpot and act like you're Rachael Ray! Love your vest picks, too.

  5. A crockpot is a must, especially in the Winter. That pink vest is adorable!

  6. That crock pot is so kind of reminds me of the print on your blog. :) I have a hand-me-down crock pot from oh...1982. It is so ugly but it still works like a champ so it's hard for me to replace it. Thanks for linking up with Manic Monday today! :)
