This was definately not one of my best baking adventures.  You win some, you lose some.   This however was not a complete loss they tasted pretty good--but let's face it I'm not aiming for just pretty good.  I mean really is anyone?

So why am I sharing this recipe with you you may be asking.  Well I have made them before, and they turned out wonderfully.  Also, the mistake I made this time is stirring them with a spoon, instead of mixing them with a hand mixer.  The cheesecake didn't seem to set quite like I expected cheesecake to. So don't ignore that step :)  And like always the pictures didn't come close to matching up what I had seen before (you know in magazines and the ever so popular Pinterest )--but hey I have a DSLR on my Wish List and it's been sent off to Santa, cross your fingers!

What you need:
  • 1 pkg. Jell-O No Bake Cheesecake mix
  • Reese Cups (12)
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • Cupcake liners

What to do:
Place cupcake liners in each cupcake tin.  Then place a Reese in each tin, removing the  reese liner first.  Combine milk and filling mix in a large bowl on low speed until it thickens.  Once throughly mixed, pour into lined cupcake tin.  Chill for an hour.  Sprinkle graham cracker crust (from crush mix) on top of cheesecakes.  I have found that overnight the cheesecakes set better, and taste better.  ENJOY!  

It's that simple.  No baking.  3 ingredients.  Super yummy!

Also, I previously posted a recipe for M&M Blondies, but I have recently revised the recipe and came out with much better results...
M&M Blondies --revised
1 C flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 C butter, melted
1 C brown sugar, packed
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 C M&Ms

Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt.  Set aside.
Mix melted butter and brown sugar.  Add in vanilla and egg.  
Then slowly add in the dry ingredient mixture.
Fold in 1 C M&Ms.
Pour into greased 8x8 pan.
Optional: Add remaining M&Ms on top of the mixture.
Bake for 20-25 min.  Serve and Enjoy!

 SO there you go.  Two simple recipes that will be accepted and craved by all your loved ones when you make them this holiday season.
